1. Open SIMs client
  2. Login to SIMs - System Manager permissions required
  3. Click Focus - System Manager - Manage Users
  4. Search for the user
  5. Select account and click open
  6. In section 2 click the Reset button to reset their account password. 
  7. Click Save
  8. Copy generated password and send to member of staff, they will be forced to change this at their next login
