- Open SIMs client
- Login to SIMs - System Manager permissions required
- Click Focus - System Manager - Manage Users
- Search for the user
- Select account and click open
- In section 2 click the Reset button to reset their account password.
- Click Save
- Copy generated password and send to member of staff, they will be forced to change this at their next login
